Holly Hunter, the Oscar-winning actress known for her roles in "The Piano" and "The Incredibles," listed her posh apartment in New York for $8.7 million over the weekend.
Hunter purchased the property from fellow actress Julia Roberts for $4.1 million in 2005.
The property is spread over approximately 3,000 square feet and includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living room, a study, two offices and a wood-burning fireplace.
