Square Enix on Final Fantasy 15 Development: "FFXV's development is going along well but not that well."

Just after learning from a Twitter poll that majority of the "Final Fantasy" fans want to see moogles in the upcoming "Final Fantasy 15", Square Enix has announced that the fluffy rodent-like companion will included in the new RPG.

Seeing how Square Enix was able to add moogles following the survey, it looks like development for the much awaited "Final Fantasy 15" is far from complete. No wonder why there is no official release date yet. According to PlayStation Lifestyle, to update fans on the development of "Final Fantasy 15" Square Enix Community Manager Dan Seto took to the game forums to announce that the game's content was not complete and there is still room for changes.

According to PlayStation Lifestyle, he wrote in the forums, "Whoa, hang on guys! A pre-beta is a preliminary step to a beta version so FFXV has not gone into full beta just yet. FFXV's development is going along well but not that well :P.

"So basically what this means is that the game is getting close to having all the assets locked down but there's still room to change certain things (not everything) if need be. If the game was in beta, they couldn't add any Moogles in."

Seto reported has posted in another forum about why the company is keeping a tight lid on the much awaited "Final Fantasy" game. Part of what he wrote in the forum goes, "Also be realistic about what you are asking for. There's lots of things that people ask for that we cannot show or talk about because you're basically asking to see the inner workings of the company which for obvious reasons we can't do. We also will not spoil big parts of FFXV so that limits us on what we can show. FYI, demanding to see or be told about something is not feedback."

Following those two announcements, fans are expecting to learn more details for "Final Fantasy 15" in a special event said to happen in March 2016
