Justin Bieber, the "Baby" hitmaker, has been spotted checking out a home in Usher's Atlanta neighborhood, reports reveal.
Just a few days ago, the media was abuzz with news of Bieber's plans of moving to Georgia's capital. Last week, he was seen partying with hip-hop bigwigs like Diddy and reportedly asked T.I. and Usher for advice on house hunting.
Apparently, the latter was able to help, as the 19-year-old crooner checked out a plush pad on the hip-hop artist's street, TMZ reports.
The house is located on Blackland Road, Buckhead District, and is listed for $10.9 million. According to Yahoo.com, the residence is a 16,000-square-foot, single family home comprised of seven bedrooms.
Sources told TMZ the home met all of Bieber's requirements, including that it be at least 10,000 square feet and secluded.
While the Biebs is interested in living part-time in Atlanta, he apparently doesn't want to leave Los Angeles behind completely. Reports have circulated that the singer was spotted house hunting in the area.
Either way, it's good news for the pop star's current neighbors, who want him out as soon as possible.
Bieber has reportedly been looking to incorporate a heavier R&B influence into his music, which is why he wants to move to Atlanta. However, Atlanta has stricter marijuana possession policies when compared to California: Owning more than an ounce can land a person behind bars for a decade.
Take our advice, Justin, and avoiding hiding your pot in cookie jars next time.
