Pharrell Williams, a popular hip-hop artist and producer, has re-listed his luxurious Bristol Tower home in Miami for $10,999,000, up from an earlier asking price of $10 million.
Despite the increase, the asking price for the property is still far below its 2012 listing price of $16.8 million.
A report in Realtor.com says Pharrell readjusted the price of his three-story home following successive corrections during the last two years, with the property most recently returning to the market after a three-month break.
Located on the 40th floor of Bristol Tower, Pharrell's pad provides an excellent view of the Miami waterways and skyline. The outdoor space includes a second-tier pool with a terrace, a summer kitchen deck and a 180-degree balcony. There is also a kitchen furnished with dark wood and granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The interiors comprise an expansive 9,000-square-foot area, including five bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a library, a movie theater and an impressive three-story master room. The entire home is wrapped in wall-to-ceiling glass and both hardwood and granite flooring are found throughout the property, which boasts a private elevator.
The penthouse is listed with Dora Puig of Puig Werner Real Estate.
Forty-year-old Pharrell is a well-known song-writer, record producer, rapper, drummer and fashion designer, who has won five Grammys in the last 10 years. Together with Chad Hugo, Pharrell formed the record production called The Neptunes, which produces hip-hop, soul and R&B music.
He's currently nominated for this year's Academy Award for Best Original Song for composing the soundtrack for movie "Despicable Me 2."
The artist recently announced his plans to release his Columbia Records debut album "G I R L" on March 3.
