Anderson Cooper, the famous anchor of CNN's "Anderson Cooper 360," is reportedly looking for tenants for his Hamptons, New York, home.
Interested? The place is going for a mere $150,000 for Memorial Day through Labor Day, according to the Trulia Blog, which broke news of the rental.
Fortunately, the residence will only cost you $30,000 for the month of June, $60,000 for July and $80,000 for Aug. 1 to Labor Day.
According to the New York Post, the home, which Cooper purchased for $1.7 million, once belonged to Oscar-winning screenwriter Budd Schulberg, who is thought to have written the script for "On the Waterfront" while living there.
The house is a 3,654-square-foot, single family residence comprised of six bedrooms, five full and one half bathrooms. Interiors of the home feature vaulted cedar ceilings, peg hardwood flooring and French doors and windows.
The 2.4-acre property is loaded with amenities like a Jacuzzi, a chef's kitchen, central air conditioning and a cozy den. Outside, the home boasts of water views, a large swimming pool, a garage and rolling greens.

According to Curbed, Cooper owns another property in the area, so if you do end up renting the place, you could end up neighbors with the anchor.
Cooper is known for his high-profile guests. However, the Silver Fox admits there are few celebrities who can make him shift in his seat. Talking about how Madonna rattled him to E!Online, cooper said:
"[Celebrities are] generally less impressive in real life than you think they're going to be...but like, Madonna is a hard interview because she's been interviewed so many times. You're trying to do stuff that won't bore her and she'll tell you when you're boring her, she'll be like, 'OK, that was a really stupid question.'"
