Simon Cowell, the former American Idol judge, has reportedly put his bachelor pad in Beverly Hills up for sale for a mere $17.9 million.
The move marks the new dad's second attempt at selling the house he first listed for $20 million in October 2013.
The media personality purchased the place from AEG's Randy Phillips for $15.5 million two years ago, reports the Los Angeles Times.
According to the Zillow blog, the residence is a single family home spanning an area of 12,000 square feet. Built in 2001, the large estate sits on a prime two-acre lot. Comprised of five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, the main residence features mixed flooring and nude colored interiors.
The sophisticated home has a large living area, a separate dining place, two powder rooms and a gourmet kitchen with a mid-rise island.
Outside, the property has a detached two-bedroom, two-bathroom guest house, a swimming pool, a fountain-adorned backyard and a large garage.
"Conceived and designed by world-renowned architects and designers, including Richard Landry, Didier Michot and Roy Sklarin," the place boasts "interiors ... of uncompromising quality, design and craftsmanship," according to the listing.

In 2012, Cowell hired a "home healer" to get rid of the negative energies of the house.
"The bad energy in his house may have had an effect on his immune system and led to him feeling ground down. House healers can dissipate bad energy caused by wireless Internet or the Earth's geopathic energy. This can be done remotely or with a divining rod. I'm not surprised someone like Simon could feel bad energy," Sandra Kendrew, the healer who "de-stressed" Cowell's house, told the Daily Mail.
Cowell's listing is further evidence the TV personality is ready to start a new life with girlfriend Lauren Silverman. Earlier, the Mirror reported that the couple have been house hunting of late, although progress may have been put on hold for a while with the arrival of son Eric.
