It was a dream come true for Kendall Jenner when she debuted at this year's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show on Nov. 10.
The 20-year-old model, one of the highest paid models in Forbes' ranking with earnings of $4 million, graced the Victoria's Secret catwalk on Tuesday and her parents Kris and Caitlyn were in the audience to show their support. Forbes said Kris Jenner even screamed Kendall's name when she first appeared on the catwalk wearing a "very sexy lace and fishnet strappy ring-back thong," sporting a "Boho Pyschedelic" look. The first eruption of cheers came when Jenner appeared on stage, Forbes noted.
The reality star learned that she was chosen to be of Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2015 a few days after her best friend Gigi Hadid was selected. She was said to be holding back her tears of joy since learning about the news.
"Then (at) my first fitting I was on the verge (again)," she said. "You know when you can feel it in your throat that you're about to cry? I held myself back. I stopped myself."
Kendall shared some photos from the fashion show on her Instagram and in one of the captions, she wrote, "sorry I'm just all emotional and excited about what happened yesterday."
While her parents were in the audience, the rest of the Kardashian sisters were nowhere to be seen. Kendall reportedly told them to "stay away" from the show.
"It was too much pressure and I was like, 'Mom and Dad are good enough,'" the second-youngest Kardashian said. "I just need the pressure off. There's enough pressure as it is."
They expressed their happiness with their sister's achievement via social media. Khloe Kardashian wrote, "My baby sisters dreams came true yesterday!!!! @kendalljenner every great dream starts with a dreamer and you my love are a dreamer amongst Angels!!!!"
Kim Kardashian's message reads, "My angel!!!!! you started modeling because this show was your dream & I am such a proud sister just knowing you never gave up & made all of your dream a reality! Congrats @kendalljenner on walking in the Victoria Secret Fashion Show!"
Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2015 will be aired on CBS on Dec. 8.
