Kristen Wiig lists her New York City pad for $2.6 million

Kristen Wiig has listed her two-bedroom SoHo loft in New York City for $2,595,000.

The actress, known for her performances on NBC's "Saturday Night Live," bought the property for $1.5 million back in 2009 from "Mad Men" and "Sopranos" director Alan Taylor, says a Curbed report. The actress and comedian has reportedly already moved out of the apartment.

The property, covering a floor area of 1,400 square feet, boasts 11.5-foot-high ceilings, numerous walk-in closets and six windows in the living area offering unobstructed views of the city skyline. The loft, built in the pre-war era, is located on the 10th floor of the building at 476 Broadway, and is four to five stories higher than the surrounding buildings.

The listing notes that in addition to the two bedrooms, this sun-drenched loft features one spacious bathroom with a rain shower and a cast-iron tub, storage in the basement, central air conditioning and hardwood floors.

The loft has an open kitchen plan and is equipped with Electrolux Icon professional range appliances, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Waterstone Water Filtration System, Bosch dishwasher, and butcher block countertops.

The monthly maintenance fees of the apartment are just $838 per month. However, as the property is part of a co-op, the buyer will require approval of the board.

The 40-year-old actor was a part of the improvisational comedy troupe The Groundlings and appeared in many TV series and film. In 2011, Wiig co-wrote and acted in the comedy movie, "Bridesmaids," which earned her a Golden Globe Award nomination for Best Actress - Musical/Comedy. She was also nominated for the Academy Award and BAFTA for Best Original Screenplay for "Bridesmaids." Wiig also earned four consecutive nominations for an Emmy Award as an Outstanding Supporting Actress for her roles on "Saturday Night Live" between 2009 and 2012.
