Christian Audigier, French fashion designer and entrepreneur, has put his Windsor Square house in Los Angeles up for sale for $3,199,000, the Los Angeles Times reports.
Not interested in buying? The property is also listed for lease for a monthly sum of $25,000.
Built in 1925, this two-story English Tudor may feel as though it dates back nearly 100 years on the outside, but step through the front door and one is seemingly transported to the future. State-of-the-art appliances and cutting-edge interior design are found throughout this five-bedroom, four-bathroom house adorned with detailed chandeliers throughout.
The 55-year-old fashion designer's house also comes with a formal living and dining rooms, a gourmet eat-in kitchen and an additional private kitchen at its rear. The house also features a well-equipped gym and a spacious private front yard.
The outside of the house includes a swimming pool along with a spa, decks and patios, a well-kept lawn enclosed by hedges and an al fresco dining area complete with a chandelier.
The house sits on a 10,800-square-foot lot not far from parks, shopping and dining, the listing notes.
According to available documents, the property was last sold in 2007 for $2,695,000. Since then, the house has been listed many times while under the ownership of Audigier.
The property is listed with John Dueler of Hancock Homes.
Audigier created several fashion brands, including Ed Hardy, Von Dutch, Christian Audigier, Lord Baltimore and Lady Baltimore. In 2010, his fortune was estimated at $250 million. A year later, Audigier sold the Ed Hardy brand to Iconix Brand Group Inc. for $62 million.
