YouTube Stars Jim Chapman and Tanya Burr Spend £2m on London Home

Famous YouTube stars Jim Chapman and his wife Tanya Burr have recently bought an almost £2million London home featuring four bedrooms. The couple calls themselves "Team Internet" with their huge audience for the YouTube videos they make, Mail Online reported.

The new property of the couple was once the home of the reputed King and Queen of YouTube Alfie Deyes and Zoe Sugg, who owns the Pointless blog and Zoella YouTube channels. Chapman and Burr had a private wedding in September and bought the home after that, Yahoo reported.

Chapman and Burr films their YouTube channels inside the house since they moved in after buying it earlier this summer. Chapman would film his regular "Everyday Jim" channel in the basement kitchen and television room. Meanwhile, Tanya films her make-up tutorials and fashion videos in the living room.

Their dog Martha is also featured on their channels while she is running around in the back garden and the kitchen. The couple kept their own names even after marriage but plans to share the same surname once they have kids.

The lavish London home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms which has enough space for baby rooms if ever the couple plans to have children. One of the bedrooms with a white bed and beddings is where Jim films his videos.

The house has an area of more than 1,700 square foot and the couple plans to improve the interior of the house since Jim thinks it is bare.

"This house is quite bare. I love the house, but everything is white and it needs decoration [sic]," he said in one of his recent videos. "We are finally getting around to making the house a home. We still have loads of empty space. But we are constantly looking at nice things...hopefully we will get some nice bits and bobs around. We are getting more homely. We've been here four months...laziness sets in and you end up doing nothing."

Jim Chapman and Tanya Burr from Norwich have various YouTube channels and have about 6.7 million subscribers between them. They promote a range of products on the channels as well as the Love Tanya book and stationery products.

Apart from the two, other members of the "Team Internet" includes Zoe Sugg's brother Joe Sugg, who runs the ThatcherJoe YouTube channel, Jim's sisters Samantha Chapman and Nicola Haste, who run the make-up channel Pixiwoo. Aside from that, Jim's brother is also one half of the Lean Machines fitness YouTube channel.
