Angelina Jolie News: Was The Actress Denied Of Plastic Surgery Because She Was 'Too Skinny'?

Angelina Jolie's surgeon recently rejected her request for a quick nip/tuck procedure because of her thin and frail frame, Radar Online recently reported.

A source told the gossip site that she didn't want to get breast implants after her mastectomy and would rather go for breast reconstruction instead. However, she was shut down because she didn't have enough "fat" for the procedure to be done.

The same source claimed that the surgeon told her she wasn't an ideal candidate for the said procedure, so Angelina just went for the implants instead.

Gossip Cop quickly dispelled this story, and they said this bit of news is completely false! An insider told GC that Angelina really went for implants, and never considered undergoing a fat transfer. The source said "the webloid's story is simply a shameless way to continue the phony narrative that the actress' weight is a cause for concern, which it is not."

Angelina's weight has always made headlines since a lot of news outlets have deemed her figure too thin, and there were numerous reports that her husband Brad Pitt has exerted efforts in bringing back her healthier and heftier frame back. However, no reports have been verified regarding this and no word has been out if Angelina's weight is truly in a dangerous state or not.

Back in 2013, Angelina underwent a preventive double mastectomy to reduce her risks of getting cancer and just recently, she had her ovaries removed since her genetic history yet again presented a possibility of her getting ovarian cancer -- which her mom died from. In an interview with People Magazine, she shared that she expects more physical changes but she remains fearless and strong regardless of the outcome.

She knows she remains susceptible to cancer, but she is now looking for more natural options to strengthen her immune system and she feels very comfortable in her skin. "I feel feminine, and grounded in the choices I am making for myself and my family, I know my children will never have to say, 'Mom died of ovarian cancer'," she said.
