The Beverly Hills home that Jennifer Aniston and fiancé Justin Theroux rented while renovating their Bel Air mansion has hit the market for $9.9 million.
According to the Trulia Blog, Aniston and Theroux moved into the home in May 2012. At the time, the 6,600-square-foot residence was up for sale for $11.5 million, and the couple leased the place for about $40,000 a month.
Listing records of the home reveal that the single-family residence has five bedrooms, six full and one half bathrooms. Interiors of the house include hardwood flooring, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, sliding doors and drywall ceilings.
Exclusive features of the residence include a temperature-controlled wine room, a bar area, custom closet space and a gourmet kitchen. Outside, the place has ample recreational and lounging space complete with an edge pool and spa.

Aniston and Theroux have since moved into their A. Quincy Jones-designed Bel Air home. Additions to the house include a chicken-coop in the backyard and a deck, among other things. More recently, Aniston reportedly added a $1 million 3,200-foot runway to the property so she could travel even more easily from Los Angeles to New York City, where her hubby-to-be is shooting the HBO series "Leftovers."
Meanwhile, Theroux is back in Los Angeles, according to E!Online, which spotted the hunky actor zooming away on a bike from a gym in the area. Over the past few weeks, Theroux has been busy shooting and partying in the Big Apple.
