Joanna Krupa denies Encino home foreclosure

Joanna Krupa, the "Real Housewives of Miami" star, dismissed rumors of her Encino home being foreclosed, saying she doesn't even live in the area.

TMZ reported Friday that Krupa's home had been foreclosed by a bank after she failed to pay $725,000 in unpaid mortgages. According to the tabloid, the home sold for $670,000 in 2004, which means her debt could be more than what she paid for it.

However, Krupa denied the claims.

The Hollywood Hills house was once featured on the "Real Housewives of Miami" when Krupa traveled to Los Angeles with co-stars Lea Black and Lisa Hochstein, reports Examiner.com. Krupa is currently living in her Hollywood Hills home, from where she recently posted pictures:

Krupa purchased her Miami home sometime in October 2013 for $1.3 million. The residence is a 2,139-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom home. Check it out here.

Krupa is not the only "RHOM" star grabbing real estate headlines. Lisa Hochstein and her plastic surgeon husband Leonard Hochstein have been involved in a long-time brawl with the Miami Design Preservation League (MDPL), a small activist group in Miami, Fla., which have been opposing the couple's decision to raze their home at 42 Star Island Drive.
