Bruce Willis drops asking price for Beverly Hills mansion again

Bruce Willis has once again dropped the asking price for his 10,379-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion.

According to Redfin.com, the "Diehard" star listed the property for $22 million last May, readjusting it to $19,995,000 three months later. The mansion is now available for just $18 million.

Built in the Spanish style in 1928, this walled and gated mansion has undergone several rounds of remodeling. The property sits on a nearly one-acre lot and includes 11 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a library, a music and media room, two staff rooms quarters and a gourmet kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances. In addition, the house also has large walk-in closets and a chilled wine cellar.

The home is furnished with classic leather chairs, antique-looking bed frames and contemporary white sofas. According to the listing, the property also has an inner courtyard and boasts of beautifully landscaped grounds.

On the outside, the property includes a swanky pool with deck chairs, a tennis court, a covered patio, a built-in barbecue and a cabana.

The 58-year-old actor famed for playing hard-edged characters acquired the property from producer and film industry executive Alan Ladd Jr. for just $6.3 million in 2004.

While Willis owns other properties, including several in New York City, it's not clear where he will move to after selling the Beverly Hill residence.

The property, listed with real estate agent Branden Williams of Hilton & Hyland, is located in a neighborhood populated with many celebrities, with some of the past and present residents including Michael Jackson, Lucille Ball, Desi Arnaz, NASCAR owner Ollen Bruton Smith, and screenwriter Michael Leeson.
