Late Dick Clark's Yabba Dabba Doo! Malibu home has returned to the market, this time for $2,995,000, reports Redfin.com.
The legendary TV personality, best known for hosting "American Bandstand," listed the property at 10124 Pacific View Rd., Malibu, Calif., for $3.5 million a month before his death in March 2012, but failed to find a buyer. The price was dropped to $3.25 million last year, but the home still remained unsold.
Called "The Flintstones House" owing to its similarity to homes in the Hanna-Barbera cartoon, the residence sits on an expansive 22.89-acre lot atop a mountain overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the Boney Mountains, the Channel Islands and the Serrano Valley.
According to the listing, the cave-home comes with one bedroom, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, a dining room and two wood-burning fireplaces with seating areas.
The rooms have multiple windows providing panoramic views of the surrounding areas and offering plenty of natural light, with the master suite built to provide a view of the sunset. While the beach is just a few minutes' walk away, the home is also well connected to national parkland trails.
This unique property has been listed by Diane Carter of Coldwell Banker-Malibu Colony.
