Eva Mendes has just listed her 1,732-square-foot Los Angeles home for $1,269,000. According to Truliablog.com, the property is jointly owned by Mendes and her former boyfriend George Gargurevich.
The two acquired the home Dec. 2, 2002 for $584,000 and lived there until 2010, when their relationship ended.
The stylish and unconventional residence includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms and glass walls opening to several outdoor decks. Described as a "bohemian den," this mid-century home has been renovated several times during the last decade and is decorated with vintage wallpapers and European fixtures.
The outdoors of the actress-model's shared home features gardens with fruit trees, elevated vegetable boxes and chickens. There is an outdoor shower as well as a hot tub made of cedar wood.
Like most posh homes in Los Angeles, the property is designed to offer privacy and views of the city.
It is listed with broker Anthony Stellani of Nourmond and Associates.
The 39-year-old actress currently lives in a nearby four-bedroom, four-bathroom home, which she acquired for $3.2 million in April 2008.
Mendes made her acting debut in the 1990s, and following a series of B-grade roles, broke into mainstream Hollywood with "Training Day" in 2001. She also runs the home décor brand "Vida."
After her eight-year romance with Gargurevich, Mendes began dating Canadian actor-director Ryan Gosling, although rumor has it the two are no longer together.
