Charlie Sheen Never Told Ex-Girlfriend Bree Olson That He's HIV Positive; Olson To File Lawsuit?

Charlie Sheen's HIV positive news created a big fuzz since it came out on Tuesday, Nov. 17 when Sheen revealed in an exclusive interview with Matt Lauer on TODAY his situation.

The "Two and a Half Men" star revealed, "It's a hard three letters to absorb. It's a turning point in one's life." Sheen admitted, "I am in fact HIV positive," and he was diagnosed four years ago.

According to PEOPLE, Sheen's furious ex-girlfriend, Bree Olson denied his claim about telling his partner about his condition. Olson said that he never told her he is HIV positive.

Speaking with "The Howard Stern Show," the former porn star said that before she went for her interview she watched Sheen's interview where he was asked if it was the time of the "tiger blood thing" and was it because of that.

Sheen then answered, "Well, I don't know if it's necessarily because of that," as shared by an emotional Olson.

And then Olson said, "So he just admitted right in that interview that is the tiger blood time - that's when I was with him! I was living with him! We were sleeping together every single night."

When Olson was asked if Sheen ever told her about his diagnosis, Olson strongly answered, "Never said anything. Ever. 'I'm clean,' he told me. 'I'm clean, I'm clean.'"

If it is true that Sheen did not disclosed his diagnosis to Olson then she can file a civil lawsuit against him. TMZ shared that it is a crime in California to have unprotected sex if you are HIV positive. The law made it clear that "anyone with a communicable disease who willfully exposes another person is guilty."

According to Yahoo! Celebrity, Olson also shared that when she and Sheen started dating, he wanted to use lambskin condoms. It has been said that this kind of condom are not that effective protection for sexually transmitted disease.

Olson said that at first she was hesitant to use lambskin and asked if they can just use the regular Trojan condom. But then, she fell for it and just trusted Sheen given that she is in love with him and that they are already living together.

Olson also shared that there were also times that they had unprotected sex. Olson said, "You know, this is once I'm now living with him, he's my live-in boyfriend. And again, stupid on me for not us both getting tested, but I feel a lot people make this mistake."

In Olson's interview with Stern, she also made it clear that she is not HIV positive. Before all the news came out, Olson took to Twitter wherein she announced that she did not contract the disease.
