Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin have been vocal about their divorce recently. After finalizing their split this year, they admitted that their conscious uncoupling does not mean that they're cutting off ties in everything. However, a new report about the amicable couple suggest a different angle of their relationship as they are reportedly fighting over their son Moses.
According to Radar Online, Paltrow, 44, and Martin, 38 are arguing on giving Moses a motorcycle. The "Iron Man" actress won't allow his nine-year-old son to have a motorcycle at his age as she believes that having one is very dangerous. However, the doting father thinks that it's fine to let his son own a scooter as he is used to spoiling him and giving him what he wants.
Reports claim that Paltrow and Martin have been arguing over the matter for some time, and Paltrow is not going to give up just because the "Fix You" singer wants it for their son.
"He can beg and plead all he wants but Gwyneth will NEVER buy him a motorized bike. She thinks they're dangerous and has always had an issue with them, even though she's ridden scooters herself over the years and even taken the kids for rides on them!" an insider said.
Meanwhile, the "Paradise" crooner's interview at "On Air with Ryan Seacrest" last week shed some light on the issue of Paltrow and Martin's co-parenting. He told the host that he and Gwyneth both tried their best to stay together despite the dilemmas they faced when they were together. It was reportedly a tough transition for him, but he claimed that he and his ex-wife are on the same page of co-parenting, Movie News Guide reports.
"Just because a romantic relationship ends, doesn't mean that the other facets of your relationship have to end ... or indeed, doesn't mean they can't get better," the 38-year-old British hunk said of his divorce with Paltrow.
