Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert have purchased a $2.25 million residence in Nashville, Tenn.
Several sources are reporting that the country crooning couple has purchased a huge single-family home in the country music capital - news supported by Lambert's interview with Taste of Country, in which she said the two were planning to put down roots in the city.
"We just bought a house here in Nashville, outside of town. We had a condo for awhile, but we wanted to like, kinda put roots down, because we're always going to be in Nashville," Lambert said.
While Shelton and Lambert spend most of their time in Los Angeles given that the former is a coach on the music reality show "The Voice," their primary residence is in Oklahoma.
"We live in Oklahoma full time, but we of course lease a place in LA when Blake's working on 'The Voice.' When we leave Oklahoma, we're leaving 20 degree weather and it's snowing and sleeting, and we get to L.A. and it's sunny and 75, and I'm just like ... 'Oh, thank goodness,'" the "Automatic" singer added.
The Zillow blog reports that the couple closed on their new home in July 2013. It was listed in March 2013 for $2.7 million and was given a makeover right before hitting the market.
Listing records of the home reveal the residence is an 11,079-square-foot single-family house. The multi-winged double story castle has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
Interiors feature high ceilings, French doors and windows and hardwood flooring throughout. Outside, the home is surrounded by greenery, has a swimming pool and provides ample recreational space.

News of the purchase comes on the heels of divorce rumors swirling around the two. Several tabloids reported that Shelton and Lambert were headed for a $40 million divorce. The couple have denied the speculations, however.
"I honestly do love it," Shelton said of the rumors, according to Us Weekly.
"I just know, to that kind of coverage, if I'm popular enough they want to put me and Miranda on that stuff - that's awesome. We had our ups and downs for damn sure along the way. I just could not imagine her not being in my life. I just couldn't get over her, I know I can't," he added.
