One Direction Net Worth: British Tax Documents Reveal 1D's Annual Earnings And It's Massive

"One Direction" may be calling it quits anytime soon, but the band is back on the headlines as British Tax Documents revealed their annual earnings, which is MASSIVE.

As per Celebrity Net Worth, "One Direction" has been earning a huge amount from their former company called "1D Black Media" back in 2010. The boys, Niall Horan, Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, and Zayn Malik [who is no longer part of the group] owns equal shares from the company which earns from their marketing merchandise, recording contracts, and their tour proceeds.

As of the website, 1D was able to come up with a shocking amount of $111.7 million back in 2014, which is based on their filing with Companies House, the United Kingdom's registrar of companies. They then added that 1D Media post tax profit of $53 million last year was equally split among the 5 of them, which earned them around $10.5 million each, which is not bad at all.

Those were just their earnings, as per their taxes however, it a different story. As of the tax filing company, "One Direction" paid a total of $15.8 million in taxes alone and $12.5 million of it was paid to the UK corporation tax. It is 18.1 percent of the company's $68.8 million pre-tax profit. As of the website, "1D Media" spent 23 percent of their pre-tax profit in taxes alone.

It maybe also for taxes alone, but as per The Richest, "One Direction" has a net worth of $130 million as a whole. Their net worth is continually increasing as the band [with only four members, after Malik left the group] is still on tour. 1D will however take a break from their musical career after their tour, in which they will be moving on with their personal lives as they pursue their indiviual passions
