The biggest "Madden NFL 16" patch ever is now live for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One ports.
According to Operation Sports, this update brings an extensive line of fixes and game improvements and best of all it introduces a new game mode called "Draft Champions Rank."
"Madden NFL 16: Ultimate Team" is an American football sports video game based on NFL. It was launched on Aug. 25, for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 Consoles, but the patch is not available to the older consoles.
With regards to the new mode, "Draft Champions Ranked," according to EA Sports, is a competitive twist to the way gamers play Draft Champions, in which players can compete in events, climb the ranks, and win prizes. But "Madden" players will need tickets to be able to compete in this mode. In each "Draft Champions Ranked Event" the player either wins six games or lose two games. And because this is a head to head mode, the player can still win in the Draft Champions Ranked event even if he loses one game.
According to the EA blog, tickets may be obtained with coins or through solo challenges among other sources. One ticket costs 3,000 coins and since three tickets are needed to enter a Draft Champions Ranked Event, the player will need to spend a total of 9,000 coins.
So what's in it for the "Madden" Players? The more games won in each event, the better the rewards. For example the player gets Quicksell packs, are useful in a sense that they increase value as the player progress. A 5-Quicksell pack reportedly gives at least 1,500 coins. The breakdown or rewards are as follows:
6 Wins: 1 Legends Pack, 15-Quicksell pack, 7 DC Badges
5 Wins: 1 All-Pro Pack, 10-Quicksell pack, 5 DC Badges
4 Wins: 1 Pro Pack, 7-Quicksell pack, 4 DC Badges
3 Wins: 1 Pro Pack, 5-Quicksell pack, 3 DC Badges
2 Wins: 1 Pro Pack, 1 Rookie Pack, 2 DC Badges
1 Wins: 1 Pro Pack, 1 Rookie Pack, DC Badge
0 Wins: 1 Pro Pack, 1 Rookie Pack
