Episode 7 of 'Castle Season 8' showed us how Castle (Nathan Fillion) and Beckett (Stana Katic) was able to make a hot reconnection in the last moments of the episode with the declaration of a 'time out from the time out.' Fans can most likely expect an extension of the reconnection in episode 8, entitled 'Mr. and Mrs. Castle' as they take on an unplanned vacation.
The episode's synopsis teases that Castle and Beckett are on a cruise ship entertainer murder case. The interesting part is that while they are investigating the crime scene, the ship started to sail. They are now caught stranded on the ship.
Moreover, the promo video for the episode reveals how fascinated Castle is with the idea of being stranded with Beckett.
"I think your crime scene is making a run for it," he chides at Beckett when ship starts moving.
Later, he starts imitating Jack in the famous sailing movie, "Titanic."
"I'm king of the world," he shouts.
Will the cruise ship staycation be the way for Castle and Beckett to rekindle their relationship? It can be recalled that in episode 7, the couple was able to get intimate on their anniversary dinner.
"Kate... I have never given up hope. Not since the day we met. And that will never change until you tell me it should," Castle told his Beckett.
However, according to IBTimes, the upcoming episode's teaser title, 'Mr. and Mrs. Castle' seems to be hinting the 'dreaded' separation of 'Caskett' couple.
"Castle" airs every Monday at 10 p.m. EST on ABC.
