"The Wolf of Wall Street" Manhattan penthouse available for $6.49 million

"The Wolf of Wall Street" did not win an Oscar this time, but the upscale Manhattan penthouse, where portions of the film have been shot, is on the market for $6.49 million. According to a report in AspireMetro, the property is larger compared to several New York City studio apartments.

Located on the 31st floor of 300 East 55th Street, the 2,500-square-foot penthouse forms a part of the Milan Luxury Condos.
