Chris Evan, "Captain America" star, has sold his 2,386-square-foot Los Angeles estate for $1,515,000, reports Redfin. The actor acquired the property for $1.25 million in 2007.
The listing shows that the property, located on a tranquil cul-de-sac, includes three bedrooms and two full and one half bathrooms. It features vaulted beamed ceilings, hardwood floors all over and offers tree top and canyon views. The mansion is complete with open and spacious living and dining rooms.
The gated Torreyson Pines Estate is concealed by large trees that offer excellent privacy.
