News broke out a few months ago when Lamar Odom was rushed to the hospital after he collapsed in a Las Vegas brothel. Realty Today then added that it must have been the Viagra that he used that caused the NBA player to collapse.
Odom may have been on life support and was confined for a long time, however, his wife, Khloe Kardashian, never left his side. Khloe was with Lamar every step of the way amidst the rumors that her sisters wanted her to stay out of Odom.
As a result of Khloe's stay at the hospital, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star contracted a "staph infection." Khloe announced that she had to reschedule her book signing due to stress.
Khloe posted a Tweet stating:
Dolls! So sorry I needed 2 re schedule my book signing. I'm sick &dr's orders are that I need to lay low until we narrow down what's wrong

Fans were concerned on what the reality star is going though. A source then told Mirror that "It's so scary. She's so sick."
Khloe then posted a follow up Tweet stating:
Ill be going for more testing today. I'm very sorry again. Stress can run our bodies down so please everyone take care of yourselves ❤️

As per TMZ, Khloe has a lesion in her leg, which then became painful. It was reported that "Khloe developed a high fever, swollen glands, and intermittent chills."
As per the website, staph infections are often due to the "production of toxins by the bacteria."
