In the new episode of "Homeland" Season 5, Carrie (Claire Danes) will still be in grave danger while Peter Quinn (Rupert Friend) will be back to his job as an assassin.
In the previous episode, Quinn was able to meet the jihadist Bibi (René Ifrah) and he offered him a job of escorting his men to the boarder of Syria. It was revealed that the jihadist was impressed with Quinn's skills after he saw him fight with Hajik (Jarreth J. Merz).
At first, Quinn wasn't interested in the job offer, but he changed his mind after he discovered that Bibi's uncle was the deputy emir. According to Christian Today, Quinn will accept the job offer and will prepare himself to meet the deputy emir of Syria in "Homeland" Season 5 episode 8.
Carrie, on the other hand, found out in the previous episode that Otto During (Sebastian Koch) was the reason behind the Russian's intent to kill her. She was named as code Oriole when she was still working in the Middle East. According to Vine Report, Carrie will become desperate for help that she will be turning to a person in the CIA, which is Allison Carr (Miranda Otto).
In the official promo for "Homeland" Season 5 episode 8, Carrie calls Alison and asks if she can meet her. Allison agrees, and when they meet, Carrie begs her help for the CIA Berlin Station to review her old field reports. Allison tells her that they are classified; however, Carrie is adamant. She then reveals to Allison that people are trying to kill her and they want her dead immediately.
In the promo video, it can also be seen that Carrie's words were no lies as a sniper was aiming his rifle at Carrie while she was talking with Allison.
