Noah's (Dominic West) success will go to his head as his book becomes more popular in the new episode of "The Affair" Season 2.
The success of Noah's book has gained him a number of fans, which are mostly women. In episode 8 of "The Affair" Season 2, Noah will be struggling to resist the temptation of the flirting female fans. In episode 7, there are a few women who have taken interest in Noah, aside from his pregnant fiancée Alison (Ruth Wilson). It was reported that aside from his publicist Eden (Brooke Lyons) young women who ask for a signed copy of his book will also throw themselves at him.
According to International Business Times, when a young fan asks for a signed copy of his book, the fan slips him her number before walking away. Noah's ex-wife Helen (Maura Tierney) saw what happened and tells him to give her the girl's number. Based on history, Noah had an affair with Alison when he was still married to Helen. Could the cycle continue again if he begins to be unfaithful to his pregnant fiancée?
In another clip, Noah can be seen having a drink with Helen, and he sees the critic who slammed his book in a review. Noah tries to confront him, but Helen stops him. She reminfs him that he is starting to act like her father whom Noah hates so much.
Meanwhile, MNR Daily reports that Alison is now struggling with her pregnancy and also with the fact that Noah is now famous. She believes that there will be more struggles in their relationship because of it. Alison plans to turn Noah's office into a new nursery for their child and tries to show Noah the crib she bought for their baby, but instead of being interested, Noah complains when he catches her moving his things.
