Joely Fisher of ‘Ellen’ selling Sherman Oaks home for $4.19 million

Joely Fisher, who is best known for playing Paige Clark on the ABC sitcom 'Ellen' also featuring Ellen DeGeneres, is selling her home in Sherman Oaks, California, for $4.19 million.

The Real Estalker is reporting that although the home has not hit the Multiple Listing Service yet, Fisher and her husband have already affixed a price tag and will soon be listing it publicly.

According to public records, Fisher and her husband purchased the place for $3.5 million in 2007. Considering the touted list price, the couple is looking for a profit on the deal.

The residence is a 9830-square-foot, single-family home comprising of seven bedrooms and seven full and one half bathrooms. The double-story house has a formal living area, a separate dining room, a media room, a great room and a gourmet kitchen.

Outside, the home has a two-car garage, a swimming pool, a loggia and a detached guest house complete with three rooms and a kitchen.

Fisher is not the only 'Ellen' member to be dabbling in some real estate. The protagonist of the show, Ellen DeGeneres has always been a property queen. Her latest real estate conquest includes the Brody House in Los Angeles for which she paid $39.8 million in January. It was commissioned by famous philanthropists Sydney and Francis Lasker Brody in 1947. The home is a result of expertise and hard work put in by startchitect A. Quincy Jones, landscape architect Garett Eckbo and interior designer Billy Haines.

DeGeneres and Fisher started working together in 1994 and have remained friends since then. She also appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres show a couple of times.
