Can this two get any more adorable? Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt posed for the latest Vanity Fair Italia November issue. The two got cozy in the intimate shoot with Jolie wrapping her legs around Pitt's torso, as seen here in Daily Mail's article.
Jolie and Pitt star in the new film "By the Sea," which was also directed by Jolie and produced by Pitt. The drama tells the story of a former dancer, played by Jolie, and a writer, played by Pitt, who travel around France as they save their marriage from falling apart. Jolie's character, Vanessa, is seen to be addicted to pills, while Pitt's character, Roland, seems to be an alcoholic. The movie is set in the 60s and is the second on-screen collaboration of the real-life couple in 10 years, following "Mr. and Mrs. Smith," wherein their relationship started to bloom.
As reported by Forbes, the film received a disappointing $95,000 in its debut. The film is Jolie's third directorial debut following "In the Land of Blood and Honey" and "Unbroken." Though the film received poor reviews from critics, it won't probably harm the careers of the two stars.
The couple's relationship is far from the film's story. In an interview by People, Jolie said that, "Brad and I are fortunate because we see the beauty in each other's changes." She also said that collaborating with Pitt strengthens their relationship.
Pitt also said in an interview with V magazine that, "The plan was to make something together, with complete autonomy, in the footsteps of Gena [Rowlands] and John [Cassavetes] -- and keep it a family affair. We, by our own admission, were overdue. If I'm going to work, I want to work with my wife. [It's] surprising how much I enjoy the direction of my wife. She's decisive, incredibly intuitive, knife-sharp, and might I say, sexy at her post. I trust her with my life," as was reported by Movie Pilot.
The two got married in August 2014 after being in a relationship for about nine years. Together they have six children namely Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and twins Knox and Vivienne.
