The New Orleans home used to film episodes of MTV's reality show "Real World" has hit the listing market once again, this time with a $2.9 million price tag, according to property sources.
The residence at 1633 Dufossat St. once belonged to NBA player Baron Davis, who sold it for $1.5 million in 2010. The home came up on the public market for $3.3 million in August 2012. However, it was delisted a month ago and is back with a $100,000 price cut, reports Curbed.
According to listing records, the place is a 10,696-square-foot single-family home comprised of six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Interiors of the two-story home include hardwood and tiled flooring and drywall ceilings.
Living spaces include a formal living area, a separate dining room and a den. A laundry room, a gourmet kitchen with a built-in pantry, a dressing room, an office and a gym are also included.
Outside, the home has a patio, a pool, a garage and ample recreation area.
The listing describes the place as a "Beautiful Grand home situated nicely on a corner lot overlooking park like grounds. Soaring ceilings, expansive light filled rooms, amazing windows and balconies with glorious views. Elegant features throughout, gleaming tile floors, lustrous wood floors, historic mantels, crown molding, art gallery and much more."

The New Orleans home is only one of the many houses used in the various seasons of "Real World." After each season is over, the properties return to being used as commercial spaces or private residences.
The latest season of the reality series is being shot in San Francisco.
Entertainment Weekly explains:
"The season begins like any other: Seven young, attractive and single diverse cast-mates from around the country move into a house (first cast photo above). They'll start to form bonds, with each other and with San Francisco locals. Then, one month into the three-month shoot, they'll go away for a day trip. When they return, they're in for a huge shock: Their exes have moved in too."
The current season is being shot in the Former Avalon Ballroom Loft, located in the Nob Hill neighborhood.
