Elvis Dumervil, the Baltimore Ravens linebacker, has reportedly put his Denver mansion back on the market with a reduced price tag of $2,225,000.
The Realtor Blog broke news of the listing, noting that the residence was taken off the market in January only to return after a $225,000 price chop.
Dumervil first listed the residence for $2.7 million in May 2013, having purchased the home in 2010 for $2.09 million.
According to the listing records, the home is a 6,199-square-foot single-family house sitting on a 0.9-acre lot. The house has four bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
Interiors of the home feature hardwood flooring and wood-framed glass doors and windows. Living spaces include a formal living area, a dining room, a great room, a family room, a study/den and a media room. The home also has a modern kitchen with custom cabinets, a built-in pantry, a laundry room and a full-sized basement.
Outside, the home has an infinity pool, a 12-person hot tub, large open sitting areas, covered patios with firepits and an outdoor kitchen.
The listing describes the home as "Colorado mountain contemporary" and assures a "feeling of ease amid elegance in the house."

When Dumervil was signed on to the Baltimore Ravens last March, there was a lot of speculation about him being the team's "insurance policy." However, managers of the team have denied the speculations.
"When we signed Elvis a year ago, we were trying to match another guy that can affect the pocket along with Suggs," General Manager Ozzie Newsome told the Baltimore Beatdown, talking about Terell Sugg's 4-year contract extension.
"It had nothing to do whether we were going to be able to keep Suggs after 2014 or not," he added.
"We were just trying to get the best defensive players that we can on the field. We'll be trying to do the same thing this year also," he said.
