Kate Beckinsale and Len Wiseman haven't been photographed since last June, leading to speculation that the couple's marriage is indeed on the rocks. TMZ has reached out to Kate Beckinsale's camp, but they have kept mum about the matter. The English actress and the former director of the "Underworld" series have been together for 12 years.
Back in October, Movie News Guide reported that both Kate Beckinsale and Len Wiseman have stopped wearing their wedding rings and that the couple might be drifting apart. However, despite the troubling issues surrounding them, they have confirmed that they will be working together again for "Underworld." No confirmation has been done yet by any of their camps regarding the true state of their marriage.
The couple met each other during filming of the third "Underworld" movie, and they got married in 2004. Prior to their marriage, Kate Beckinsale was with actor Michael Sheen for eight years -- and their daughter Lily Mo Sheen was born four years into their relationship. The former "Masters of Sex" star has publicly praised Len Wiseman for being a great father to 16-year-old Lily Mo Sheen.
The fifth installment of the "Underworld" series entitled "Underworld: Next Generation," is set to be released in October 22, 2016. Kate Beckinsale will be starring alongside Theo James and Lara Pulver.
