Justin Bieber has sold his last Los Angeles property with plans to permanently move to Atlanta, reports TMZ.
Although the website does not offer much detail about the deal or the buyer, the property is said to be a 1.7-acre lot next to the posh Calabasas home he recently sold to Khole Kardarshian for $7.2 million in a quiet transaction. According to an earlier report, Bieber made a profit on the sale, having acquired the home for $6.5 million in April 2012
Bieber is reported to have sold his latest property for $2,775,000 just 30 days after putting it on the market. He bought it for $2.35 million in 2012.
The "Baby" hitmaker has had a series of high-profile run-ins with his Calabasas neighbors, including a well-documented egging incident that resulted in the local police raiding Bieber's home.
Soon after, Bieber was arrested in Miami Beach on Jan. 23 after a cop allegedly caught him drag racing a loaner Lamborghini on a sleepy residential street - a fact that hasn't kept Selena Gomez from reuniting with the hearthrob.
Bieber's neighbors are clearly pleased over the fact that he has left the Calabasas community.
"I'm very happy. It's been a little hush-hush, but we've known for a little while," Jeffery Schwartz told the New York Daily News. "I'll take a Kardashian over a Bieber any day of the week."
He added: "I'm sure she's harmless. And I hope it's great for her. I'm sure it will be great for us."
