Kelly Osbourne, the lilac-haired daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, has reportedly managed to unload her Hollywood Hills home for $1.3 million just a month after listing it.
The Trulia Blog broke news of the sale.
Osbourne listed her place for $1.34 million and managed to make a quick buck, selling it for just a little under the asking price.
Osbourne purchased the place for $1.19 million in 2005.
The sale could mean new beginnings for Osbourne, especially after her recent split from former fiancé Matthew Mosshart.
Property records of the residence state that the home is a 1,250-square-foot, one-bedroom, two-bathroom house featuring stylish interiors. An open floor-plan, large glass windows and doors, hardwood flooring and beamed ceilings make up the inside.
Outside is ample recreational room as well as a large sitting area in the back and a garden area in the front.

Osbourne has reportedly been renting a Beverly Hills apartment where Lindsay Lohan once lived. According to the Daily Mail, Osbourne is now looking to buy a bigger, more comfortable home.
The house is not the only thing the fashion designer has gotten rid of: The Fashion Police star recently underwent laser surgery to remove ink from her arms.
"As humans we fill our conscience with cliches to selfishly justify the ridiculous things we do in life... Such as getting stupid tattoos," Osbourne wrote on her blog.
"I have now undergone my third laser tattoo removal. All day I have found myself saying 'no pain no gain' or 'pain is beauty!' However the bigger lesson I have taken away from this horrendously painful experience is THINK BEFORE YOU INK!..."
