Is Kristen Stewart dating Jennifer Lawrence's ex, Nicholas Hoult? It seems that the "Twilight" actress is back in the dating scene following her reported breakup with Alicia Cargile. According to several reports, the "Twilight" star admitted that she enjoyed filming her new sci-fi movie "Equals" with her co-star, who, like her, also went through a rough high-profile breakup.
Stewart's dating rumors with Hoult quickly started after her interview with The Daily Beast. Speaking with the site about Doremus' film, she was asked how she coped with her split with her longtime boyfriend, Robert Pattinson. She claimed it was "incredibly painful" and that "it f****ng killed her." However, she claimed that filming "Equals" in August 2014 was right for both her and Hoult as it helped them move on from their failed romance.
"Ugh, It was a really good time for both of us to make this movie. Not all of my friends have been through what I've been through, or what some people have tasted at a relatively-speaking young age, and we were not expected to do anything. Everything that we did was explorative, and a meditation on what we already knew," Stewart said.
She further explained, "We [Stewart and Nicholas Hoult] felt akin by how much we've been through [breakup], and to utilize that is so scary. And to acknowledge it, reassess, and jump back into it [relationship]? Usually you want to move on. But at least we could use some of that for some good."
While the "American Ultra" star admitted that she and Hoult could relate to each other regarding their breakups, the British actor said that he had a good time working with Pattinson's ex especially that "most of their locations were shot in an intimate setting," according to KPop Starz.
He claimed it felt nice to talk to someone like her. During the time, he broke up with the "Hunger Games" actress, Lawrence, while Stewart called it quits with Pattinson. The stars did not comment though on the dating rumors linking the two of them.
