Dennis Miller, the famous stand-up comedian, has reportedly listed his home in Santa Barbara, Calif., for $13.9 million.
According to the Zillow Blog, Miller purchased the place in 1993 with his former wife, Carolyn Espley. The couple gave the home a makeover in 1994.
However, this is not the first time the home has been listed. The place was first hauled onto the market with a $17.5 million price tag in 2010. Failing to sell over time, the property was delisted in 2011 only to return for $15 million in 2012.
The residence was delisted once again and has now come back with another price chop.
Listing records of the home states that the place is a 10,000-square-foot single-family house sitting on a prime 3.76-acre lot. Comprised of 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, the palatial pad has high ceilings, hardwood flooring and French doors and windows.
Exclusive living spaces include a game room, a den, an exercise room, a sunroom, a theater, a family room and an office.
The multi-winged, two-story residence is surrounded by lush greenery and open spaces. Outside, there is a swimming pool, a tennis court and manicured gardens set in sprawling greens.
The listing describes the place as an "exceptionally beautiful 1895 Stanford White home" that "has been lovingly and artistically restored [into] the most charming estate offered."

The outspoken comedian recently grabbed headlines for slamming senators who were participating in the "Up4Climate" talk-a-thon, a talk program on global warming.
"[T]hose four people are idiots," Miller said referring to the senators on Fox's "The O'Reilly Factor."
"Our leaders are idiots. I admire the other three for risking waking up to see what Barbara Boxer looks like in the morning. But simply, her secret service name is 'polar vortex,' alright? She is an idiot. She is bat guano crazy. She sleeps upside-down. If she thinks there is global warming that is enough of a reason for me to not think there is global warming because she and the other three: massive idiots. We should be ashamed of ourselves for the leaders we pick in this world," he added.
