Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, who's in "Jersey Shore" on MTV, is back on the reality show. But this time, she's flipping houses with husband Jionni LaValle. You may ask where else but in the Jersey Shore area.
Would fans of her MTV show trust Polizzi to manage a real estate venture? Here are five reasons why the answer is "Yes," according to Realtor.
1. Polizzi is the queen of transformation. Many people know that the key to a great flip is a perfect aesthetic transformation.
2. If Vanilla Ice can do it, why not Polizzi?
3. Polizzi knows the area. She is the Jersey Shore resident who spent at least six seasons in the beach locale. The most important requirement to become successful in flipping is knowing the area, according to Investopedia.
4. She knows someone easy to drag. Her husband is pitching in with many demo works and also to do manual labor. They can work as a team to flip houses -- with her husband working on the buildings and repairs, while Polizzi takes charge on the decorations.
5. You can say you can buy a house from Snooki.
Since Polizzi's infamous party-hard days on the MTV show "Jersey Shore," she has calmed down a lot, and has far disappeared from the public eye. She is returning to her latest reality show: Nicole & Jionni's Shore Flip, wherein together with LaValle, they will redecorate homes in the Jersey Shore, as reported by Entertainment Weekly.
The two will work as a team to flip houses along the beachside community, with Polizzi being in charge of the decorations and her husband LaValle working on the repairs of the building. Some close friends of the couple will be featured in the show. Her old Jersey Shore castmates will also be featured. It would be great to watch Snooki in a situation where she is painting a nursery together with her husband.
"Nicole & Jionni's Shore Flip" will premiere in early 2016 on FYI.
