Donnell Turner will be arriving at Port Charles soon to play a contract role in "General Hospital" as Curtis.
Soap Opera Digest has reported that Turner will debut in GH on Nov. 30 and he "will prove to be a valuable resource for scheming Hayden [Barnes]" played by Rebecca Budig.
According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, spoiler tease that Curtis will be investigating Hayden's shooting case. Hayden is determined to find the truth about her shooting and she will be in alliance with Shawn Butler, played by Sean Blakemore who just returned to GH on Nov. 20. Hayden believes that the bullet was not from Shawn's gun.
Apparently, Curtis is a buddy of Shawn, and he will check the garage to look for Shawn's bullet. If he finds it, Shawn's name will be cleared and he will be out of Pentonville.
Little yet known about Curtis, but CDL shared he has a shady past. He will work closely with Hayden and so when Hayden finds out that Nikolas Cassadine (played by Tyler Christopher) was the one who shot her, it is possible that she and Curtis will become closer.
Turner has announced on his Twitter and Instagram that he has secured a role in "General Hospital" and his first appearance would be on Nov. 25. A spokesperson for the daytime soap said Curtis will be at Port Charles on Nov. 30, Soap Central reported.
This is not the first time for Turner to join a daytime soap. He played as a doctor in "Days of Our Lives" in 2009-2010 and in "The Young and The Restless" earlier this year. He also appeared in "2 Broke Girls" in 2012 and in "How to Get Away with Murder" in 2014. Other credits he is known for include "Wednesday Afternoon" (2004), "Grave Situations" (2007) and "Social Nightmare" (2013).
