‘Big Bang Theory’s’ Kaley Cuoco lists Sherman Oaks home for $2.7 million

Kaley Cuoco, best known for playing "Penny" in the hit sitcom "The Big Bang Theory," has reportedly listed her home in Sherman Oaks, Calif., for $2.7 million.

Cuoco purchased the home sometime back in 2010 for $2.45 million, reports the Zillow Blog. But now that she and husband Ryan Sweeting have just settled down in the Tarzana mansion they purchased from Khloe Kardashian, the listing doesn't come as a surprise.

According to the listing records, the home is a 5,233-square-foot, single-family house sitting on a 10,759-square-foot lot. The multi-winged residence has five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Interiors of the house boast paneled hardwood and tiled flooring and large glass windows. Exclusive living spaces include a formal living area with a fireplace, a separate dining place, a kitchen with modern appliances, a dressing room with large walk-in closets and an office. There are two separate balconies and en-suite bathrooms in the master suites with exclusive shampoo bowls.

Outside, the home has a private backyard, a swimming pool with a spa, a kitchen, a barbecue area and ample parking space.

"Stunning and gated S of the Blvd in prime Sherman Oaks. Celebrity Owned. Remarkable Tuscan Estate," the listing reads.

Cuoco posted pictures of the home's backyard and swimming pool back when she was living there:

Cuoco and Sweeting tied the knot on New Year's Eve at the Hummingbird Nest Ranch at Santa Susana Mountains in California. The event was complete with an upside-down wedding cake.

Sweeting recently posted a picture of their new house on Instagram, captioning it, "Home sweet home. Feel like I'm at a friggin resort."

In more "Big Bang Theory" news, Jim Parsons - a.k.a Sheldon Cooper - recently spent $6.3 million on Robert Pattinson's former love nest shared with ex-girlfriend Kristen Stewart, listing his starter home in Los Feliz for $1.8 million soon after.
