Khloe Kardashian's Staph Infection “Is No Joke"; Not Using It As An Excuse to Stay Away from Lamar Odom

It is a tough time for Khloe Kardashian but she has assured fans that she will be fine as she endures a staph infection.

Khloe currently has a staph infection which was initially rumored to be just an excuse to keep her distance from Lamar Odom who is still trying to recover from last month's near-death tragedy.

According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Khloe Kardashian has been torn between new love interest James Harden and husband Lamar Odom. Because of this, Harden reportedly has asked Khloe to make a choice. Khloe, wanting to save her relationship with James Harden, is using her health issue as an excuse not to see Lamar.

According to Gossip Cop, 31-year-old Khloe is not "using" her staph infection to stay away from husband Lamar Odom. The online publication points out that the staph infection is dangerous to both Khloe and her ill husband. It was also added that with her infection she cannot risk endangering Lamar Odom and everyone involved in the situation. Gossip Cop believes that she will see Odom once she is well.

On the other hand, fans of Khloe, and her family, are worried about her health. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Kris Jenner's father Robert Houghton is said to have passed away because of a bacterial staph infection back in the '70s.

According to Gossip Cop, Khloe assures her fans that she will be all right taking to Twitter to announce, "Staph infection is no joke. Mine was exacerbated by stress which is not a great combo. I'm under great medical care & receiving tons of love."

She went on to say, "Please everyone take care of yourselves and pay attention to your bodies!! Be kind and loving to one another! It goes a long way!!"

The third tweet said, "I appreciate all of your prayers, well wishes and love being sent my way. I'll be better very soon. I love you guys."
