Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were spotted having a private romantic dinner in Los Angeles last Friday, Nov. 20. Are they getting back together again?
According to Hollywood Life, fans were able to get snaps of the on-again, off-again couple at the bar in Montage Beverly Hills. During dinner, Bieber even found a microphone and serenaded Gomez with his version of "My Girl." After his rendition, Selena was seen giving him a tight embrace.
The low-key but exclusive venue is the same place where the two were photographed last July 11, showing major PDA during a short vacation.
After dinner, the young singers were spotted going for a stroll outside. The Daily Mail reported that Gomez was even seen putting her arm around her ex-boyfriend at one point. Bieber was dressed in ripped jeans and loose shirt, while Gomez was more glammed up in a black coat, black leggings, and stilettos.
The two began dating in 2010, but their relationship has always been a tumultuous one. Speaking to October's issue of i-D Magazine, Bieber said, "There's nothing like it [being in love]. So I felt that and I just didn't want to let it go. When it was hard, I was just like, 'I want to stick this out.' So it was on again, off again, on again, off again."
Just recently, the "What Do You Mean" singer also told Ellen DeGeneres that there is always a possiblity of him and Gomez getting back together.
He said, "I mean, we have a lot of history together so maybe, it possibly could happen but I think we're both just on our own journeys of just figuring ourselves out and I think maybe once we figure ourselves out we can come together and make an awesome duo."
He also admitted that he wrote some of his songs with Gomez in mind, including "What Do You Mean," "Mark My Words" and "Sorry." Likewise, Gomez has written personal songs about her love for Bieber, including the emotional "The Heart Wants What it Wants."
Meanwhile, fans of "Jelena" are wild with excitement at the news of their possible reunion.
"Let's be real. Justin and Selena are soulmates," one fan tweeted.
"They're probably just friends but I don't care as long as they're happy," wrote another.
Bieber and Gomez are both scheduled to appear at the 43rd American Music Awards tonight, Sunday, Nov. 22.
