Massachusetts Real Estate News: Real Estate Firm that Exclusively Represents Buyers Celebrates its Tenth Year in the Business

Buyers Brokers Only, LLC, a real estate firm that only caters the need of buyers that started in 2005 has become one of the one of the largest exclusive buyer agent real estate companies in the United States.

"Only about 100 real estate professionals in Massachusetts - and even fewer in New Hampshire - can call themselves exclusive buyer agents," Buyers Brokers Only co-founder David Kres said. "We are proud of our dedication to home buyers and our unique, buyer-focused business model, which avoids conflicts of interest common in traditional, seller-focused real estate brokerages."

According to their press release in PR Newswire, Buyers Brokers Only, LLC has more than 20 exclusive buyer brokers that helps homebuyers purchase more than 200 homes annually throughout the Greater Boston Area and Southern New Hampshire.

"When we started discussing the possibility of starting an exclusive buyer agency real estate brokerage 10 years ago, we certainly were not thinking about growing to more than 20 buyer agents and 200 transactions per year," Buyers Brokers Only co-founder Richard Rosa said. "Fast forward 10 years and our company has had the pleasure of helping more than 1,000 first-time homebuyers and experienced homebuyers make informed decisions about buying their homes."

The firm was founded by Attorneys Richard Rosa and David Kres in Haverhill, MA in November 2005. Three years later, the duo decided to hire licensed attorney only to work for the company as buyer agents in order to provide professional homebuyer advocates to their clients throughout the home-buying process.

Despite having attorneys as buyer agents, Buyers Brokers Only does not operate as a law firm that gives legal advices to their clients. However, the firm believes so strongly in the importance of home-buying clients having a real estate lawyer in their corner that it provides a commission rebate after closing to help pay for the cost of an attorney.
