As per TMZ's report, Welling now has a final settlement, which is actually an unusual "spousal support". The 38-year-old "Smallville" actor will be shelling out 20 percent of his net professional income to his wife, Jamie. It may be a big amount, but this will only be applicable up until $5 million, after which the rest would be for him to keep.
