Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon’s Bel Air home returns to market for $12.99 million

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon have relisted their Bel Air home with the same $12.99 million price tag it was listed with about a month ago.

Carey and Cannon put their palatial pad up for sale first in early February. However, they delisted the place within just four days, possibly due to publicity overload. The Los Angeles Times reports that the home is back for sale but with one difference - the agent.

When the home first hit the market, Jordana Leigh of Rodeo Realty had the listing. However, this time, Paul Czako of Gussman Czako Estates has been hired.

According to the Times, Czako has been associated with the residence since Farrah Fawcett sold it to Allen Sides, the recording studio executive, for $2.7 million in 1999. Czako also represented Sides in the deal when he sold the home to Carey and Cannon in 2009 for $6.75 million.

Czako has represented more than 40 celebrity homes in the past 25 years and is recognized as someone with the keys to some of the most desirable properties in Los Angeles.

While the official listing has not yet surfaced, public records state that the home is an 11,750-square-foot, single-family, three-level residence. The multi-winged home has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

According to the house's floor plan, the main level has a large living room, a sitting room, a kitchen with a dining nook, a theater, a maids' room, a bedroom and one large master suite. The ground floor extends into a second wing, which encompasses the game room, the aspen room, the garage and the laundry room.

The upper floor boasts a children's room, another master bedroom and a music room. The house also has a swimming pool and a basketball court.

Carey and Cannon share the villa with their twin children, Moroccan Scott and Monroe. The couple has been married for five years.

Currently, Carey and her family are at a beach retreat, where the "Touch my Body" singer is wrapping up her long-awaited 14th studio album, reports Daily Mail.

Carey recently posted a picture of her daughter Monroe trying to sing in a makeshift studio, captioning it, "'mommy Roe Roe wanna sing mommy!' Ms. Monroe just can't stay away from momma's mic. No matter where we are!"
