Celebrity Real Estate Exclusive: Charlie Sheen Planning to Sell Two of His Three Beverly Hills Mansions

Veteran sitcom star Charlie Sheen is planning to sell two of his three mansions in the guard-gated Mulholland Estate enclave in the area of Beverly Hills Post Office. Sheen plans to keep the 7, 924-square-foot mansion he bought for $7.2 million in April 2006.

The properties that Sheen plans to sell include the 6,625-square-foot semi-Spanish villa he acquired for $4.8 million in October 2012 from billionaire investor Tom Gores and the 9,020-square-foot with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms that he bought for $6,999,999 in March 2011 from Hollywood mover and shaker Mike Medavoy according to Variety.

Some famous names who own fancy pads in the Mulholland Estate development include British pop star Robbie Williams, Judith Light and Robert Desiderio, businesswoman and former "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" cast member Adrienne Maloof, American pop icon Christina Aguilera, and entrepreneur hotel heiress Paris Hilton.

Sheen has owned a number of high-priced homes across Los Angeles including a three-bedroom condo along the Wilshire Boulevard near Westwood and a estate in Encino he bought for $4.2 million in June 2004 from actress Katey Sagal and sold two years later to television writer/producer Michael Jacobs for $6.62 million. The estate was sold to Jessica Simpsons' mother Tina Drew for $5.77 last summer.

Two of the three properties of the Anger Management star that include a Spanish-style villa he bought for $4.8 million in 2012 and a mock-Mediterranean he bought for $7 million in 2011 where his ex-wife Denise Richards was living until recently are up for sale. Reports claim that Charlie Sheen will keep the mansion that he bought for $7.2 million in 2006 as reported by Mirror.

On Tuesday, Sheen revealed that he was diagnosed with HIV four years ago, and told how people blackmailed him.

A non-disclosure agreement was given to Sheen's partners to keep all details of their meeting private. The agreement states that if anyone does pass confidential information to media, friends etc. they would face legal consequences.
