The "Without A Trace" star Anthony LaPaglia and ex-wife Gia Carides put their longtime residence in Brentwood Estate in the market. According to Realtor, after almost two months that the house was in the market its present price has been lowered by $1 million making it at $10,995,000.
The Variety shared that based on property records and agent Lucy Spillerguts the ex-couple bought the luxurious home back in 2000 for $4.45 million.
It has been reported that the house has a curb appeal wherein a brick paths will lead you to the main door. Along the way you will pass through wide lawn with a big tree that is even taller than the house itself.
The interiors of the house show an updated 1940s Cape Cod with modern touches. The two stories house has five bedrooms, six full bathrooms and one-half bath, formal living area that faces the vast garden, dining room and a library nook. Its master suite has its own fireplace as well as dual closets and bathrooms.
