Rihanna has reportedly put her Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles home up for sale for $14.99 million.
Rihanna set property headlines on fire when she purchased the residence for $12 million in 2012, though she hardly ever lived in the place after she bought it. Several burglary and trespassing incidents were also reported during the time Rihanna owned the house.
In October 2013, several moving trucks were seen trucking away the "Diamonds" hitmaker's belongings. Rihanna's realtors told TMZ that the Barbadian crooner was fed up with the privacy issues and was moving to avoid all the commotion.
Soon after, in November of that year, Rihanna rented out the residence, asking $65,000 per month. At the time, she was on her "Diamonds" tour and was herself renting a condo in Manhattan for $35,000 a month.
Rihanna may not have enjoyed her stay, but that doesn't mean someone a little less A-list might not. According to the listing records at Zillow, the residence is a 9,595-square-foot, single-family house sitting on a 0.78-acre lot. The home has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
Dark hardwood floors, high drywall ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows make up the interiors of the plush home. An open floor plan encompasses a formal living room, a dining area, media rooms and game rooms. Outside, the house has a large swimming pool with fountain features and a spa, a barbecue area with a fire pit and a detached parking garage.
"Situated behind a private and gated drive lies a triumph to modern architecture," the listing reads, adding: "With a blessed setting, this is truly an amazing opportunity to own a significant estate with quality of construction, and architectural pedigree to enjoy the best of in and outdoor living."

Rihanna also recently purchased a mansion in Barbados. According to Contactmusic.com, she is finishing up the $9.6 million renovation work on her waterfront home, having added three themed bars and a nightclub to the house.
Rihanna recently spent her birthday in the snow-clad hills of Aspen, Colo. Check out her party pad here.
While Ri-Ri is home-hopping, she has been roped in to voice a character in the upcoming animated movie "Almost Home."
