Nashville’s Hayden Panettiere sells Hollywood Hills home for $3.07 million

Hayden Panettiere has reportedly sold her home in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles for $3.07 million.

The "Nashville" star purchased the residence some time back in 2008 for $2.63 million. It was offered for rent in 2009 for $8,000 a month but was hauled off the market soon thereafter. The home sold sometime in mid-February in an off-market transaction, reports TMZ.

The home's sale makes sense as Panettiere has moved to Nashville permanently, telling E! Online that she waited for the right time to move to the music city.

"A lot of the castmembers bought a house pretty quickly and they moved their families there, and I was like, seven years in some place, but every year you have to find out whether or not you're employed. I waited until I have a personal investment in Nashville. I love it there and I'd be there regardless of the show being there or not. Knock on wood it will still be there!" she said.

According to the Realtor Blog, the residence is a midcentury modern house built in 1962. The residence spans an area of 3,120 square feet and contains three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Interiors of the residence feature hardwood flooring, glass floor-to-ceiling windows and drywall ceilings. A gourmet kitchen and a state-of-the-art office are some of the home's luxury features. Outside, the residence also has ample leisure areas and a swimming pool with a spa.

Since the transaction was an off-market deal, photos of the home are not available.

While the real-life home of Panettiere just sold, the reel-life house - a residence that was featured as Juliet Barnes' (Panettiere's character in the series) home also sold for $1.8 million recently.
