Kourtney Kardashian has reportedly sold her much publicized Alice-in-Wonderland-meets-Beetlejuice home in Calabasas, Calif., for $2.97 million.
The home hit the listing market for $3.5 million just two months back. The Los Angeles Times broke news of the sale.
Kourtney, who has a penchant for interior decoration, revealed in an exclusive interview with Domaine earlier that this residence was her first interior decoration project, which she teamed up on with decorator Jeff Andrews.
Kourtney shared the home with boyfriend Scott Disick and their two children: Mason ,4, and Penelope, 1. However, the family listed the house just after a month of residing in it.
"I love every single thing about this house, but I'm excited to take on a new project," she told the publication about the house. Kourtney and her family have now moved into Keyshawn Johnson's Calabasas pad.
According to the official listing, Kourtney's former house represents a "dramatically re-imagined" traditional single-family home spanning an area of 5,400 square feet. The two-story house sits on a private 0.52-acre lot and is comprised of four bedrooms, four full and one half bathrooms.
The living room is especially imaginative, with the floors and walls done up in chessboard print. There is a separate dining room, a family room and a playroom. Outside, the home has a pool, ample recreation area and a four-car garage.

While Kourtney was busy selling her home, sister Khloe recently dropped $7.2 million on Justin Bieber's Calabasas home and has reportedly hired designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard to redecorate the place. She also sold her ex-marital home in Tarzana to Kaley Cuoco and her hubby Ryan Sweeting, who in turn recently listed their Sherman Oaks home.
