The global real estate network of Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates LLC has now reached Finland with the launch of Snellman Sotheby's International Realty located in Helsinki.

According to their press release in PR Newswire, Snellman Sotheby's International Realty is owned by prominent businessmen from Sweden and Finland. With the leadership of Robert Charpentier, investors signed an exclusive 25-year franchise agreement to develop the Sotheby's International Realty® brand throughout Finland. Kenneth Katter will act as the Chief Executive Officer of the new Sotheby's affiliate.

Charpentier plans to establish the Sotheby's International Realty brand in the capital city of Helsinki, first with the opening of the Snellman Sotheby's International Realty.
The Sotheby's International Realty network currently has over 18,000 sales associates located in approximately 825 offices, in 61 countries and territories worldwide. All listings under Snellman Sotheby's International Realty will also be marketed in the Sotheby's International website.
